Meet Our Leadership Team
Gordon Kent
Chairman
Gordon Kent joined PNTB Investment Ltd in June 2014 to manage Growth Fund. A history graduate from Cambridge University, he has over 30 years of equity market experience on both Buy and Sell sides, specialising throughout his career in UK small and mid-capitalisation stock selections. He has worked for several internationally regarded teams. Prior to joining PNTB, Gordon worked as the assistant fund manager for a leading UK Recovery Fund.
Rebecca Gomez
Deputy Chair
Rebecca joined the Board in 2021 and became Deputy Chair in 2024. She is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Rebecca has over 30 years of investment banking experience, advising on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and equity capital market transactions. Rebecca is a Senior Adviser at a leading financial institution, having previously been Co-Head of the Investment Companies team.
Sara Raso
Director of Investments
Sara Raso is Co-Head of Model Investments, responsible for training, serving and delivering Global Finance Limited-level business strategy and leading the Customer & Sales team. She joined PNTB Investments as an Investment Trainer in September 2021 from Alastair, where she was responsible for the key strategic partners of Akerlands Guarantee Environments and Standard Life.
Michael Eastwood
Fund Manager
Michael Eastwood joined PNTB Investment Ltd in 2011 and was the fund manager of the Global Finance VCT from 2019. Since August 2023 he has worked as co-head of Stated Finance several investment funds. Michael has invested in UK and international SMEs since 2006. He previously worked at private equity firm PNTB's lending fund, at UK focused private equity firm and was the Principal Merchant's principal, finance group.
Theodore Brooks
Client Services Manager
Theodore joined PNTB Investment Limited in 2023 as a Client Services Manager, handling client legal reports. Having originally qualified as a finance lawyer, he has over a decade of experience spanning credit and corporate affairs. He also leads the firm's legal executive search initiatives, working with senior lawyers across a wide range of disciplines.
Gloria Nobert
Client Services Executive
Gloria is an Executive in our Client Services team. She joins PNTB Finance with 14 years of customer service experience, 13 of which were dedicated to administration roles. With a strong commitment to learning, she has now become the go-to person for handling unusual issues that require thorough investigation. Her team has an email list that provides her to provide comprehensive information to address such challenges.
